I have been on quite the little workout kick, thanks to fellow mama Alexa Jean Fitness. Her "at home" workout challenges were just what I needed to drag me out of my yoga slump. I am currently doing the upper body + sore to the core challenge. It takes 30 minutes out of my day, only 4 days a week. On 2 of the remaining 3 days I take a 30-40 minutes yoga class courtesy of yogaglo. After the circuit training I do a brief, mellow , 10-15 minutes yoga flow. I have gained so much strength and fallen in love with my yoga practice again. I look forward to complete a 30 day yoga challenge in the next month!
